Marketing & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $18–25/hour, based on experience

We're looking for a highly organized, creative marketing professional who enjoys building systems just as much as creating content.

This is a remote, part-time position that's ideal for someone looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact on a growing company in a niche industry. You'll work directly with company leadership to keep marketing organized, consistent, and moving forward.

Responsibilities

Content Planning & Social Media

  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars

  • Write and schedule social media content

  • Coordinate project spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and educational posts

  • Repurpose existing content across multiple platforms

Email Marketing

  • Build and distribute monthly newsletters

  • Maintain email lists and audience segmentation

  • Monitor newsletter performance and recommend improvements

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Organize project photos and videos into a searchable content library

  • Assist with website content updates

  • Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials

  • Support trade shows, conferences, product launches, and company announcements

  • Coordinate marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met

Content Development

  • Turn field updates into engaging stories

  • Assist with blogs, case studies, proposals, brochures, and sales collateral

  • Help identify opportunities to showcase RAW's expertise throughout the year

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media for a business or brand

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Experience with Canva

  • Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms

  • Experience managing content in Squarespace

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn

  • Experience with Google Ads is a plus

  • Comfortable learning technical industries and translating them into engaging content

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Photography or video editing

  • Trade shows or B2B marketing

Within your first few months, you'll help establish a consistent marketing rhythm by:

  • Keeping our marketing projects organized and on schedule

  • Helping tell the story behind the work our crews perform across the country
